We joined Facebook!!!

So, some of you know my Mom and I run a small business at home, and we are doing quite well, but we are trying to get our name out there.

Most of our clients say they found us by accident, and they were thrilled that they did. We plan on doing the bridal fair next fall, and I am SO excited.

I FINALLY made company Facebook page, as much as I despise Facebook....lol, so if you can do me a HUGE favour, and 'like' our page, I would love you forever.

Well ladies, fall has arrived! The chill, the mist and the weddings!!

We have had so many requests this year for booking early that we have decided to do an Early Bride Special!

Any bride booking her wedding attire rental BEFORE Sept 30 and who pays in full for her rental at the time of booking will receive 10% off her entire rental order!

Summertime!!

Calgary Bridal Capes had a GREAT year and enjoyed meeting all our gorgeous brides!

We will be taking off the months of June and July to enjoy some much needed Vacation time and will be back again August 8 to begin booking appointments for the 2011-2012 Winter Wedding Season.

We know that brides begin to look early for their big day and Bridal Wear is usually first on the list.

What about the Men?

I have had several inquiries lately on what to do with the men in a winter wedding. We cant have them freezing now, can we?

Our first suggestion is a bow to my VERY British Father. I have to admit, it does look sharp. All they would need would be a sharp pair of *white gloves, *a top hat, and a scarf in a complimentary colour. Think A Christmas Carol.
Very Dapper, keep in mind though, your men MAY want the canes....lol.

A more modern approach would be simply a scarf in your choice of colour, with gloves and possibly a toque for those in between moments while the wind is blowing.
